Mission Statement
Our mission at Innovation Support Living is to become the stimuli that aids in enhancing the quality of life for our clients that lack autonomy; our solution-based thinking process will allow us to implement evidence based practice to develop individualized strategies for each client. We aim to improve our consumers ability to perform Assisting Daily Living (ADLs) successfully independently. Innovation Support Living is guided by compassion and foremost belief in the integrity and well-being of all of our clients.
Purpose
Providing recurring or regularly scheduled temporary non-medical care; in addition to guidance provided in the consumer’s own home; which is designed to relieve family members from the constantly burdensome responsibility of caring for a consumer.
Goals
Our objective is to focus on the consumer’s basic self-help needs in addition to other activities of daily living, including but not limited to relationship building, primary and anticipatory socialization and coping strategies.
Geographic Area Severed
Primarily rendering services throughout Southern California.
Operating Hours
Office Hours: 8am-5pm / Monday-Friday Legal Guardians can call or email Innovation Support Living to an set appointment for our in-home support services.
After Hours: Sunday-Saturday 5pm-8am staff members can call, text or email our support team with inquiries or in the event of an emergency.
